He looked uber-sexy in the premiere!

I loved his speeding scenes, obviously! He had so much fun doing them

Good to see him back in scrubs

So glad Derek is back in surgery missed it alot!!

Derek behind the wheel I bet he enjoy that more then any kissing scene

and the smirk on his face says it all.

Derek looks very sexy last night loved his hair and stubble soooo stunning

And that scar looks so real!!

I really though the surgery would go wrong, Derek was on a high ans had a lot of confidence going into the surgery, so I was expecting it to go wrong...

the surgery was gross to watch but I knew Derek or Neuro God is back so he would rock this surgery

and I hope we will see hime more with patients now he is so cute and always kind to them

I am glad that Derek succeeded but that surgery was too gross to watch I turned my head away and just listened. Its kinda weird that I am like addicted to medical dramas when the reality is I get grossed out really easily and wouldn't ever dream of being in the medical profession

It was pretty gross, yes. But I used to watch Nip/Tuck and the stuff they show there is 10x as worse as in Grey's

I was an ER fan for 15 years, I seen a lot grosser too. However, I try to avoid them whenever I can.

I saw ER too, the first 6 seasons at least (big Clooney fan back then

) but I thought ER didn't really show the gross stuff.
When you watch Nip/Tuck, you'll see the difference

The gross stuff usually doesn't bother me, I like it actually. It makes it seem more real.

I like Clooney but I didnt like his character in ER at all. Ironically I love George Clooney now more than I ever did during his time on ER and ER was more of my favorite show than GA was. What can u say the man only gets better with age =).

I have seen bits and pieces of Nip/Tuck but I could never watch it because of that issue, even though I thought the star of that show was totally HOT =)
