What kind of Derek-storyline do you want to see in season 3?! Besides the love triangle of course

Over at the GA board Christy said that she loved to see Derek compete for the position of chief again.. I for one would love to see some sort of competition between him and Burke again

What I also would like to see is the progress with the alzheimer from Meredith's mom. I thought they were going to do something with that. When Derek first found out about her mom, he told her there was something they might do for her

I remember what you're talking about... It's when Derek made the surprise visit to the nursing home... I think quite a few storylines have been forgotten due to the triangle I guess.. But bringing back the Meredith's mother's Alzheimer is a nice thing to do as well... It can stir up something between Mer and Derek and it's still something that has to do with Derek as a person as well and his carreer...

I see the Alzeimher plot as sth more Meredith that sth to do with Derek. But it could be used too maybe

the Alzheimer storyline would link back to Meredith yes I think the chief position, something both Burke and Derek have been aching for since day 1, is a nice seperate storyline for Derek...

Well, I'd like to just see him bond more with Burke, but still keep that competition going. I'd also like to see him build a house on his land, but since I want him to eventually build a house with Mer, I'm not going to get into that.

as for the friendships in Seattle?! I want him to deal with the Addison/Mark issue but that kind of links back to the triangle, or at least a little bit

Yeah, he should get over it. About the blessing part, I don't think Addison and Mark are going to be in a realationship, but if they do...his blessing would be nice.
