Well Addison isn't some mean wife we could hate very easily. You can clearly see that she really loves Derek and wants to fight for her husband.
She made a mistake (McSteamy) and he made a mistake (ignoring her).

I think what ever happens between them they will be friends...

At the end of season one I was really expecting to hate Addie, because she would ruin Mer/Der. But I couldn't She is such a well written witten character & Kate is a great actress

I still love season 1 MerDer, but I think that Derek had to give is marriage a chance as well after Addie arrived at the end of season 1. You don't throw years away easily. I do think he should stick to his decison though after he choose Addie over Mer. He should have been trying harder to work things out instead of still watching Mer, giving her longing looks. Otherwise break up with Addie & get back together with Mer if she stills want you... In the current situation he isn't fair to both woman.

Well, I'm not a McMarried, but I like Addison, if that counts. As Christy said, she is not a character you can hate. Plus, I like the actress. I think Kate is cute and she got me the moment she raised her eyebrows. She looks funny when she does that, even when she is not being funny, if you know what I mean

I´m bringing them back on page 1 because I love them too much to see them somewhere else.

I was not just expecting to hate her,I was rather determined to do so,but I failed miserably. I started liking them because of the "...that I´m still the love of your life" scene. But I really fell for them when she was on his porch asking him if he was done hurting her.Well that sealed the deal for me.
