I was watching Regis and Kelly today and Patrick was on the show and he said this show is based off a actually surgery that happened.

I am excited to see what happens.

The eppy was amazing

Best one of this season in my opinion.
Shepherd's Anatomy worked for me. Patrick Dempsey is a great lead actor. He should be on a show where he is given that opportunity instead of propping another for 5+ seasons. He did a fantastic job tonight.

he was fabulous yes I loved the case, I am not sure what to think of Derek going behind the chief's back, I'm not sure how professional that is for a surgeon to do, I haven't made my mind up about that yet

I loved how everyone was there for Derek and how they supported him in his decision and how they were effected by the fact that someone in the hospital was this sick.

This episode was well done. It was tightly edited, dramatic with hints of comedy, and it served as a nice coda--and probably as a set up--for things to come.

I agree, I also liked the side story of Alex realising that his relationship with Izzy is over.
What can i say about Lexie loved how she shouted at Derek to take a drink
