This episode would mark a long 4 month hiatus.. I hate finales for that reason alone.. love them because they are often fabulous episodes!!

thanks for starting the thread. once again i'm spoiler free, and i love it. it does enhance viewing, i think.

it's bittersweet. i think we all need a break, the writers the actors, i as a fan. but, on the other hand i'll miss it.

i hope it goes out with a big ol' grey's bang. i'm excited.

I have to admit that despite knowing a few spoilers, I've been quite SF for this show.. I know nothing about the finale..

it makes it so much better, don't you think? if i was spoiled for last years finale it certainly wouldn't have hit me like it did. i was genuinely surprised at how it all went down.

although i think shonda would kill someone before real spoiler leaked.

WOW that was the biggest waste of space of an episode!

I dont even know how merder ended i mean they made it seem like one way but then we never got the officialness, so i really dont know whats happening, lol!!

I seriously just cant care about this show right now!

Now i understand why shonda was basically begging fans to stay on till next season. Because her blog was desperate and now we know why!

Shonda can beg all she wants but as of right now I'm not tuning into next season. I might change my mind before the season 4 premiere but I doubt it. We'll see.

i'm not really sure what to say. i thought the first hour was DAMN solid, and then right now, i feel like things just collapsed.

i thought christina and burke were disgustingly touching, so i don't think i have an issue with their story. it wasn't what i wanted but they explained it away. i HATEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE that they said he left. hate hate hate hate it.

george not making it was a shock. bailey not being named chief resident was RIDICULOUS. how many people didn't even remember callie was a resident until she said it last week? sorry, at least we saw the surgeons all be in leadership positions. we've seen nothing from callie and she gets the job. HORRIBLY uneven.

i don't know what to say about george/callie/izzie an how it was left.

i think the girl in the bar being her sister, was terribly cheesy. i'm also convinced because of it, nothing will happen with derek. but still, that was a cheesy twist.

alex and ava, i wanted her gone.

and derek and merideth. his speech was SPOT ON, and he said everything i wanted him to say, and everything i felt. but i wanted to slap merideth, in the moment. but when she said, "it's over, it's so over" i just rolled my eyes.

so i thought it was a Great epi, and then it fell apart. i'm certainly not filled with feelings of anticipation of what is to come. i'm not sure how to sum it up. it was completely unsatisfying. there we go. not ONE story had a satisfying ending, and i'm not happy.

I bet most people will be hating Derek again. I know I do. Meredith has been through a lot and didn't need that from him.

I know this is a pro Derek board but I for one hate him right now. Hell I hate this whole show right now!

WHAT?????? i'm at a loss for words. what exactly did derek do? when he said she was the love of his life, and was honest and told her he feels like she doesnt want to be in the relationship?

he said what everyone was htinking. im not going to get worked up over this, but i knew people would somehow hate derek, so i'm going to say now, i'll never get that. we really ally must watch different shows.

i don't think for a seond most people will hate derek. because that woudl presume merideth somehow came off like a rose tonight, and she most certainly DID NOT!
