The thing I'm wondering about right now is what Meredith and Derek's purpose are in this episode since they aren't mentioned in the episode. We know what will happen to George, Cristina, Burke, Izzie in this episode, most likely Bailey will get more involved into the B/C situation as well, but nothing about M/D

In the promo we get a mean callie/Meredith scene, so we'll know that will come up but besides that?

Perhaps they'll be involved in the car accident? On that case I mean?
And we see Meredith with Burke in surgery?

In the ABC promo, the part where they're in bed. They (or at least Meredith) looks really worried and sad. So, I think maybe something happened, or I don't know.

I think also that in the promo for a split second you can see Meredith with Derek in surgery.

Mmm, maybe. I thought I saw Meredith with Derek. But then again, in a new clip it appears that Cristina is working with Derek.

Oh, here's the new clip. It's the opening of the episode with the Cristina/Burke thing, then another Burke/Cristina scene, and then a Meredith/Derek scene.

That cracked me up. The first time I watched it, I couldn't make out what he was mouthing, and then I watched it again and I was like, "OMGz, he wants sex."
