I hope so too .. and they accused their ither car of sending false information ... so we dont know whats happening with that ..it doesnt make sense ... G !!

We dont know and probably wont know until Shanghai...in LeMans one of the winning team were sanctioned after too and just recently was the final verdict of who really won that race. I sometimes hate some of the rules, I get that they are to make the field leveled for every car and play into strategy, but some rules really just take out the fun...like what is the problem if a car reach less than their minimum in fuel time?

Yeah, but in racing we see that more and more racers complain about the rules making the sport less competitive, not the other way around. In some series, what’s called BoP or Balance of Performance is a nightmare.
