On yet another occasion, Theo led me straight to Mc Dreamy himself, actor Patrick Dempsey, who has a home here in Kennebunkport. We were walking by Musette in Cape Porpoise when I looked up and saw a man on his cellphone on the porch outside. We made eye contact and I realized who it was. I mouthed the words �Are you Patrick?� He read my lips, smiled, and mouthed back �Yes.� He then held up his finger to motion �one moment.� I obliged, and to my surprise we ended up chatting when he finished his call and had photos taken together. I thanked him for all his great work and offered to write about him when and if he was willing.
