Wentworth Miller - !! Need Help !! - Update 7/1 - decision needed

Hi everyone!!

Next month we're celebrating our third year on

. (Which means starting on Wednesday)
Hopefully with a big party.

Now I wanted to ask, if someone would be willing and able to do some banners or other art work for the birthday thread.
Michi unfortunately isn't around right now to create something and I'm not really good with my art program (which means I suck

), so I'm in desperate need for help, since after all I don't really feel well about presenting you a colorless thread.

Would really be great if someone could do something.

I will open up the thread when I come home from work tomorrow.

As you maybe already realized, I didn't open up the celebration thread yet. The reason for that are new information I stumbled about and I wanted to let you decide how to handle it.

We decided to celebrate the birthday of the board at the beginning of the month, based on the fact, that over the years the exact date of the opening got lost and noone really knew. The only thing that was known, was that it was some time in July. We already dealt with it like that last year and I'm not sure how it was the year before that (but could have been very likely the same).

Today while preparing the celebration thread, I decided to do a little statistic.
In the opening post of the board count, we only had the count for the years 2008 and 2009 and so I decided to go through all the old board count threads, to hopefully find out the numbers of the previous years to add. While looking up our very first count thread, I stumbled over the date of the opening day, for the first time.

Seems that the Went board got added on July 30th.

Now what we need to decide is, if we still gonna start to celebrate now or if we wait till the 30th and then celebrate for a month. Or maybe you wanna start a couple of days before the 30th or whatever.

I thought we should decide this as a group and not only us mods.
The majority wins, so please please post here what you think is best and you wanna see happening.

Thanks for your feedback on the matter.

I thought 30th was more fitting too, but with Michi gone, I just didn't want to make the decision on my own and force it on you.

I won't be able to participate a lot then though,

since I will be on vacation from August 1st till 23rd.

Thanks, I need every help I can get.

In the past it worked out every time, but I'm afraid this year it will be harder, since there's no place he really needs to be at, or at least not places you can find out about. There's no filming shedule you can plan around and assume times, when he could be here or there approximately.

I will try my best though and I plan to at least go to some places where they filmed PB, like the beach he and Sara got married at and stuff like that. So, even if I don't meet him, I will do something PB related.

Not to forget all the other celebs that are running around there at that time. After all it's the time at which the different channels present their new and old shows to the press and have parties with their actors. Therefore I have good hopes that we see at least someone to talk about. And if nothing helps, we're just going to lie down at the beach and wait for someone like Sharon Stone, to just lay down beside us with her family. Happened last year, so nothing is impossible.
Of course Went would be the best thing, but better than nothing, right?!

Till then I will also make my Twitter account active, so that everyone who wants to follow me, follow him, can do so.

Sharon Stone even came up to us, to talk. Apparently her oldest son liked to play with me and they always made fun about the fact that he's starting early. She excused her son and the fact that he's taking away our time. But she and her friend got really panicked, when he touched my butt.

I thought it was funny.

Well, that are actually not the only celebs we saw that year. There was Mel Gibson, Kate Walsh, Loretta Devine, Brooke Smith, Brendan Fehr, Teri Hatcher, Zach Braff, Sarah Chalke, Donald Faison, Neil Flynn, Dana Delany, Doug Savant, Barry Watson, Victor Garber, Gale Harold, one of the Baldwin brothers, Dave Annable, KaDee Strickland, Nick Lachey, Harold Perrineau, Travis Schuldt, Cole and Dylan Sprouse, Michael Caine, Michael Madsen. I'm sure, I forgot one or two.

In fall I was back and saw: Went, Sarah, Dominic, Amaury, William, Robert, Michael and some actors, which had a smaller role on PB.
