I know how much Michael loves Ryan, but I knew Pam would get the spot. I love that Michael went against his gut and is giving Pam a shot. She deserves the chance.

I honestly thought he had chosen Ryan at first though but when he started laughing, aw, the look of happiness on Pam's face.
