My jaw drop when I noticed the boob job. I always thought she was going to say she was preggers but nope, she's got a boob job!

I think alot of people thought her big news was going to be that she was pregnant. I love that the show continues to surprise us.

Of course they still could go the pregnancy route. Jan has had some major mood swings.

Well I believe her a Michael are going to be moving in together, so that should make for an interesting Jan Levinson story line.
