Has anyone here caught the show The Secret Life of the American Teenager on ABC Family? I usually don't watch shows in the summer or shows on ABC Family for that matter, but that one looked good so I watched the pilot tonight.

I haven't seen it. What did you think? I was thinking of watching it online.

Hi Ken.

Yay for a 3 day weekend! Do you have plans?

I saw Wall-E today with my little bro and sis. It was pretty adorable.

It's raining here today so I'm not sure about fireworks.

Mel - It's not the next Gossip Girl or anything, but it was okay and I definitely want to keep watching because I think it has potential by what they showed to come in future episodes. Aw, and I want to see Wall-E! Pixar movies are the best!

Happy 4th of July everyone!!

Jessica - Cool. I'll check it out soon.

And so true about Pixar. The movie was so cute.

Happy 4th!

The rain stopped here this evening so alot of fireworks have been going on.

Wall-E was awesome. I saw it last Friday and enjoyed it sooo much! I love all Pixar movies though. That movie company just keeps making great movies that everyone wants to see. And this was no expection.

Got back from my Aunt's party... which was just okay. I never have alot of fun, it was cool though. Alot of my baby cousins were there... it was like BYOB stood for Bring Your Own Baby But, it was fun.

I have two more days off. Tomorrow I want to get some stuff done... pay bills, car wash, hair cut, and go shopping. And Sunday, hmm... relax. I definetly need to relax.

I've been on a Will & Grace kick recently. TiVoing alot of repeats and having mini-marathons. Still putting off watching Bones/House. I think I am just going to say... I gave it a shot but lost interest. I'll stick to the other shows I've been following. But, I tried.

Moonie - Thanks. My 4th was pretty good. How is your weekend going?

Ken - Yeah, Pixar movies are always great.

I know what you mean about those events/parties. It's good you had some fun though.

Hope you got everything done today that you wanted to so you can relax tomorrow.

No harm in that. Maybe you'll regain interest in watching those shows later.

I haven't watched Will and Grace in ages.

Janet

I wasn't able to get everything done... My bank was closed! I don't know how I am going to pay my credit card bill this week. Which means also my cellphone bill and car payment.

W&G is and man, it's hilarious. But, only the earlier seasons... like 2-4. Then the show took an ugly turn. It was still funny, but lost some of it's charm.

I caught up on 'So You Think You Can Dance' and I have official favorites. Twitch/Kherrington, Katee/Joshua, and Mark/Chelsea. But, Will/Jessica's 2nd dance number was beyond awesome! As were both Mia Michael's contemporary pieces... Twitch in the bed. Sad to see Matt/Kourtni go... Matt was a cutie!

I got my Laptop back today! And it didn't cost anything for the repairs! How awesome!

Aww yikes. I'm facing a similar situation. Last week I got my credit card bill and I kinda put it off, and then ended up with a major back spasm, and I've been dealing with it all week. Instead of trying to get to the bank (4 blocks away) I thought I could go to a branch near the bus station on Thursday, but I couldn't. Then I thought okay, Ottawa has to have a BMO, I walked throughout downtown and did not see said bank (by the way, bad idea walking a mile with a spasmy back) and now I'm in a small town that does not have a branch of my bank. The earliest I can pay it will be Monday.

Ken - Eek that sucks.

I wasn't into Will and Grace for a long time, but I got into it because of a friend and I ended up really liking it.

I'm behind on SYTYCD, but I agree about Matt. I'm going to try to catch up in the next couple of days.

That's great you got your laptop back and that it didn't cost anything.

Janet - That sucks. So will Monday make it late?

Sorry to hear about your back.

I didn't do much today. Ran a couple of errands but other than that did alot of reading and watched more of the Olympic Trials.

Janet - Good luck with that. You and I are definetly in the same perdicament.

Mel - Cool. There have been some amazing performances this season. And there are still a bunch of stinkers holding on...

I know... right! I almost went back to ask them if it was a typo.

Just got done watching The Bucket List with my parents. It was a good movie. Nice message about living life and not having regrets. Great acting by Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson... but that goes without saying. And Jack (Sean Hayes) was in it too. Definetly reccomend. And that John Mayer did the title soundtrack song 'Say', which perfectly sums up the movies tone/theme.

I love SYTYCD. The dancing is top notch and just so much fun to watch. But, yep, there always seem to be a few that hold on longer than they should.

I know, sounds too good to be true.

We were just talking about the Bucket List here at my house. I haven't seen it, but my brother and dad both really loved it. So, it's on my list now.
