I will read them but they're not my fav thing to. Mostly i can't get into them usually. Lit was my fav ship for the show and Trory is my fav for fanfics... when it gets to be the other way around, it's not the same. Kinda weird that it's like that

And i rec What Lies Within Us by Kittycob, though i would probably take a different rec from someone else cause i haven't read any fics in like years

And Trory smut fics are a whole new topic on their own lol. There's Trory fics and then there's smut one shots

So what does everyone like to read? Fics that follow the show completely, ones that are a bit AU, or completely AU fics? Chilton-verse, Yale-verse, or Future Fics?

I honestly love all of them. Though it's rare to find an exceptionally good Yale fic imo. They're always Logan/Tristan/Rory fics. I could go without the dose of Logan in them

Actually I think I've only ever read AU ones. AU smut is always better though.

Eww. Rory and Logan. I really don't like stories about them, they seem to annoy me more than anything.

I can read Lit. It must be something about Rory and a guy who likes to break the rules.

But RT is my main reason for reading GG fics.

That is so true! Some of the smut one shots I have read are totally something else! Has anyone read 'Games We Play' by MsLessa? It has smut in every chapter!

I like all types of fics. The only thing is that I don't like OCC Tristan and Rory. I love Chilton verse too. Yale fics are good too, but like you said Kellie, too many of them have Logan in it. I'd just rather not have Logan in them.

Genki I love that story. The author wrote the characters so well. RT's arguments in that story were awsome. Have you read 'The Trouble With Me' from the same author? I wish it would get updated.

What do you all prefer? Romance, angst or fluff?

i love all smut fics as long as they are well writen.. i love funny one shots.. angst belongs into longer strories

I agree. Smut has to be well written. I hate crude smut

Angst one shots depress me. I tolerate angst as long as there is a happy or somewhat happy ending.

I love romance and fluff, they are my favourite.

TMTC had some of the best smut ever. I think she had mentioned she was going to write one more smut into the story. Guess that won't be happening anymore.
