the only thing I ever published was a letter to the editor of my university newspaper :lol:

I would love to show you my book, but I have tried to upload it onto fanfiction.com and I can't. It is definitely more than rated R, any help or advice would be appreciated.

Hmm I don't think I'd be much help. I've only ever posted stories on LiveJournal.

What kind of problem are you having in posting it?

I've never uploaded my stories anywhere except LJ, either. What format is your book file? a PDF or a DOC or what kind? And have you checked with your publisher if you're allowed to post your book online? :)

I could try to upload it on LJ, I never have. It is a .doc format. I have an LJ acct, maybe I can get it to work there. I will keep you posted.

Try LJ, if you post each chapter as an entry, it should work. LJ does have a word count limit per entry, so just be careful about that :)

Maybe we can also have your info and info about your book in the opening post? Like the book's title, rating, summary and such?

Here is a link to the 1st chapter of my book- Love Confusion by Grace Turner (my pen name) it is rated NC-17. Sorry for any errors in it.

I haven't read it, yet, but I am back from vacation and chances are good that I will get to read it today or tomorrow ;)

I've been published in a magazine and on a website and I'm currently writing articles for a New Age/spirituality website, so I'm getting published there too.

I also have separate pages for my stories posted on Fiction Press and Fanfiction.net.

I wrote for a magazine for a while, mostly article about Television, students, movies and most of all books.

I think my favorite article was the one about the new Mr. Darcy hype. I really enjoyed the research back then. And I loved all the free books I got.
Now I am abroad and had to stop, but I guess I'll start working again for the journal once I am back. :D

Jessi, that sounds awesome! What kind of an essay was that about Mr. Darcy? :blush:
