Message Board Closure Notice
 

Hi everyone. This announcement is to inform you that this message board will be closed and moved into the Closed Forums category on October 18, 2009, due to a lack of sustained traffic. We have established that boards must average at least 15 posts per board per day in order to remain here, and unfortunately, this board did not meet that minimum requirement two different times this year, so the Management Team and I have made this difficult decision.

We encourage you to post your fan fiction on the designated fan fiction threads on the applicable forums on this website. We regret the necessity of having to do this, but we want Fan Forum to be a website with message boards that are busy and thriving, so we can add more boards and build for the future. Thanks for understanding.

I had a feeling this would happen. Even if I don't come here that much.

We gotta figure out where to move the Fairy Tales thread and the Original Fiction thread. I'm pretty sure the Book board might be good for the Fairy Tales thread but I'm not so sure for the Original Fiction one.

I would like to thank all the posters who have made this board the wonderful place that it is. I had a great time moderating it, especially with my dear co-Mod Jen :hug:

We tried. So does that mean they didn't go for the merging of this board with the Fan Art board?

Nicole yes, the Management Team decided to not merge Fan Fiction/Writing with Fan Art. :nod:
