1. the story does NOT have to be EXACTLY 500 words. It's UP TO 500 words, which means it can be less than 500 words as well, just not more
 2. I originally though that we would post them here (send them in to naleyforever first, and she later posts them here, so we can vote or something), but it sounds like you guys post them on LJ first and send the links to naleyforever. But none of us know where the fics are (at least I don't  )3. I am pretty sure you are allowed to use beta's, if you like! I don't see a reason why you wouldn't be allowed to __________________
