I think the mask is what finally brought Harry front and center...like maybe Tom was having trouble before, but it was more of a disorder instead of 'Harry' but once he saw the mask that's what 'woke' Harry up. ...at least that's my theory.

Me too, you'd think at least Sarah...but maybe she felt guilty for leaving him there to get killed? So when he took off she didn't bother to try to find him?

Her husband ended up being a cop and a sheriff (although...ten years is pretty quick to finish high school, go to the academy, be a cop, a deputy then sheriff)...you'd think she'd have the connections to look for Tom if she wanted too.

Somebody probably has...I haven't really looked for MBV fanfic...I read one where Dean/Tom or maybe Tom/Sam? either way, but that was the only one.
