Finally I was able to watch this movie.
I haven´t heard of this before three weeks ago.
Then I read all of your lovely comments on it and how great Jensen was in it.
Here in Germany it hasn´t been released yet. The only possibility to get it was on amazon. Someone put it on there in english with netherlands subtitles. Fortunately you can put them off. I bought it on Friday and received it yesterday. Of couse I watched it immediately. And I love it immediately. Priestly is such a loveable guy and Jensen plays him so well. I was suprised that so many actors and actresses were in that movie that I known from OTH (3) or Heroes (2) or SPN (1).

I was a little disappointed too that Priestly had to change his look at the end. It was sweet for him to do that for Tish but i wish it would have been not necessary to get these two together. Did I understand it right that he was the reason that flussy came to see Ladybagger? I found this so sweet and careful from him. It shows how much he cares for the girls. And when he bought the "girl stuff" in the shop was really excellent. Jensens mimic and his delivery of the words was truly great.

I am so happy that I bought this movie. The only thing that make me sad is that nobody will watch it with me because my parents and my friends are not good enough in english to understand whats going on. It is a shame that it isn´t avaliable in german so everyone in family can watch this little masterpiece.

Everyone needs a Priestly in his life!!!

wow, it really sucks that it hasn't been released over there.
It's not in stores here either, I'll have to order it.

I feel exactly the same way about the Priestly changing thing.
And yeah he did get the internet-lovers together. That was so awesome of him.

It's such a shame you have no one to watch it with.

It's a good movie, I liked it.

I thought what Priestly did at the end to show Tish his other side was huge.

In my own mind though, as soon as their relationship was solid, he changed back into Priestly and Tish realizes that she wants Boaz & Priestly, and not just Boaz.

anique: it is really sad that nobody can watch it with me - so I am glad that I can come here and talk with you about it. I think I will watch it again this week. Thanks for the animation.
I am so happy that I understand it right that he got them together. It is such a beautiful gesture.

I'm so happy to see more and more people are watching and liking thos movie. Truth be told I watched it and enjoyed it but only liked it when Pristley gets mad at Jen and Tish. In that moment the funny and adorable guy that went out of his way to look cocky and superficial showed his true self and I fell for him right away, and this movie stays special in my mind only because of Pristley, and Jensen's amazing acting.
I like to see him without mask and make up in the end, but I wish he had different reasons to change his look, and not only to be acceted and being taken seriuosly from Tish. Obviously that was a mask, but it would hae felt more right if he took off the mask after Tish accepted to go out with him

See, I know a lot of people didn't like Tish in that movie and HATED the ending because Priestly "changed" for her, but the way I saw it, Tish did change for the better. She WAS quite slutty and trashy and quite superficial (IMO) in the beginning but after Priestly and her friends help her out w/ Tad (the ******) she did undergo a change. I think that the whole Fuzzy and Jen thing (including the long talk the girls had) helped her see that there was more to relating to the opposite sex than in just a physical or sexual way. Deep down inside, she WANTED Priestly to ask her out because she could see that he was a nice guy, but being insecure herself, she needs him to make a first move because she thinks only guys who want her sexually make moves on her. When Priestly does that, I think that opens up the door for her to be more real and to also let her guard down around men (emotionally). I tend to think that because he did all of that for her (asking her out, taking off his "mask", being there for her and showing her he cares) that helps her become more accepting of having a real relationship with Priestly and not just a one night stand. She knows who "Priestly" is and now she knows who "Boaz" is as well, and in her own way, I think she does care about both of them. She was friends with Priestly even before this and she DOES care about him, so I think she could eventually accept the fact that when the mohawks and hair dye returns, she's not "losing" anything, but she gets the best of both worlds because she's seen both sides of him.

I like Priestly/Tish, can you tell?

I also happen to be a Danneel fan and thought she played Tish quite well, even if Tish at the beginning wasn't my favorite character but I thought that Danneel's portrayal of Tish also showed us more than just the "shallow and slutty" side. Okay, that's my unpopular opinion!

I'm no huge fan of Danieel, but I think she did a good job with Tish too.

And I had no big issues with the edning -- really. I thought it was really cute and as you said before, I honestly think he changed back eventually.

And no matter what you think of the ending, the moive is awesome. The kind of moive that makes you happy inside, and Jensen's way of playing Priestly is a big reason I feel that way.

i'm.... not... a danneel fan, like at all. haven't been for awhile. but i can't tell people what to like or make them think the same way i do! and we all definitely saw that movie differently! and everyone is welcome to their own opinion! but the most important thing is that you liked it!

I'm not a fan of Daneel but I think she did a good work with Tish, even if I didn't like her character that much. I like more the fact that Pristley saw something good in a girl like her, and I liked her friendship with the girls, but as in the romantic aspect of the movie I loved more Jen&Jeff (

in the "you're pretty" scene I was smiling like an idiot

) and Piper&Noah/Julia

Jen and Jeff (I keep calling him Fuzzy, lol) were very cute! And he called her "ladybugger" which I thought was quite adorable as well
