I knew it.
 I used to be the same but after Sam got his soul back I've started really liking him again.  Sam and Cas definitely do not have the same bond/friendship as Dean and Cas.  But I guess there is mutual respect, I think Sam's really grateful that Cas rescued Dean from hell. One thing is certain - there's no profound bond between them.  __________________

And I think what ever friendship Sam and Cas has is more like bounding over their love and respect for Dean. __________________

Just because I'm not mentioning smacking him with a frying pan every day...does not mean I have completely let go of my Sam issues!
...I'm not saying it has to go on forever, it might do Dean's ego some good to see that Cas and Sam are 'fighting' over his attention. __________________

I'm not complaining! I renenber how happy I was when you decided he was allowed to have water! And maybe... I'm not sure. He doesn't seem to respond well to that kind of things... But I could be wrong I often are! __________________
