for the longest time I had no idea where the pic came from I do like the blue also.

Turns out it's from a bunch out outtakes of the S9 photo shoot. They were never released in HQ but somebody on tumblr got ahold of them and posted a bunch...if you google Jensen outtakes season 9 promo pics (or a variation of that) a bunch come up.
