Sam starts to have flashbacks to a case he worked on with Samuel before he reconnected with Dean. Sam receives a mysterious text with coordinates to a small town, so the brothers decide to investigate. Dean is surprised when the townspeople start telling him some of the things Sam did while he lived there.

David Barrett directed the episode written by Andrew Dabb & Daniel Loflin.

I hope not though but it doesn't look good.

Gah. I swear, I need to go back to being spoiled. I can't take surprises on this show anymore.

I'm not sure it'll kill the brotherly love, if anything it should make Dean appreciate even more that he has soulful Sammy back.

Maybe even open Cas' eyes to the fact that Dean made the right decision.

And the question is why after all the bad and depressing stuff that has happen I thought we would have more than one eppi of peace? I should have known better....

I don't think it was the wall breaking...more lack a crack starting.

Sam really has to start listening to Dean...you're trying to stop yourself from remembering...don't go and encourage your memories...HELLO!

Didn't appreciate the lack of Dean in this episode.

Found it pretty boring actually.

I did enjoy it in a kind of bitter sweet way despite the lack of Dean, but that's probably cause I''ve missed "real" Sam so bad.

Well I saw the preview...and Sam looked normal.

and the little bit of spoilers I've read, he doesn't seem to be a basket case...so I think we're safe until the season ender.

But this lacked Dean?

I don't like hearing that... finally gonna watch this in a few.

ETA: Holy... crap. Wasn't expecting the ending.

The ending didn't seem to fit, it's like hey we got some time to kill...cue Sammy angst.

Okay, yeah, that probably is why it was so surprising.

Also, that was quick. We couldn't get more than one ep without angst. Meh.
