Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Bobby (Jim Beaver) lock Sam (Jared Padalecki) in Bobby’s panic room so he can detox from the demon blood.

However, as Bobby sees more seals are being broken he tells Dean they should let Sam out to help them fight the impending apocalypse. Dean disagrees and goes to Castiel (Misha Collins) for help.

Sam and Dean have a big blowout confrontation.

OMG! he had me crying again, darn him! that scene just before the fight, where he realizes Sam isn't Sam anymore, and he calls Sam a monster and the tear that falls just before Sam punches him! OMG DEAN! *squishes him*

Sooooo mad! I went to my sister's to watch tonight's episode and the stupid weather was on...the entire 60 mins!!!!

Winchester vs. Winchester! Again for the millionth time, writers you're killing me here.

The beginning of the episode was stellar. Hats off to both Jared and Jensen (and mini-Sam too). Jared really has grown as an actor over the course of the seasons, but Jensen! Always a man on the top of his game. His voice during the hallucination!Dean bit was absolutely chilling. Jensen looked downright creepy, which was a stark contrast to how angelic (no pun intended) he looked while having that conversation with Bobby. Jensen's eyes are incredibly beautiful. *sigh*

However, after Sam was released by Castiel the episode got a tad underwhelming for a bit which is most likely due to the entrance of Ruby's character, which btw, words cannot describe my intense dislike towards her. Writers, please do go ahead and kill this toxic bish off. I hate that the episode made it appear as if she were the reason why the rift existed between the brothers...because seriously, no. *crosses fingers for the apocalypse wiping her off*

Of course the Winchester vs. Winchester scenes were as frustrating as the last 395834 ones. This whole season has been weighing down on my love for these two, and after tonight I'm truly questioning whether or not Kripke plans on bringing things back to how they were before. Sam's is too far gone and a simple apology would never make up for the emotional and physical abuse. For the first time tonight Sam seems irredeemable in my eyes.

And it may have been just me but other than the scene Bobby shared with Sam, I was a little irritated by him. Drug free is the way to be? Just say no? Bobby seemed like such an enabler in all his scenes with Dean. I was in 100% agreement with Dean's stance on the entire situation, Bobby on the other hand was all over the map in the episode. (Great one liners though.)

Overall a great episode to setup the season final. I'm excited for it.
Amen to that! Jensen is brilliant.

The single tear that fell down Dean's cheek.....OMG!!! Jensen seriously deserves an emmy for his performances! His emotional scenes always get me the most.

This episode was just.....intense!! I have to agree with some others about not feeling sorry for Sam at all. I'm on Dean's side 100%! I mean, look at him! His heart is breaking and I'm not seeing any remorse from Sam at all. I mean, he almost killed his own brother!

I was seriously hoping Dean would stab that knife into Ruby's heart! Once again, Sam intervenes.

Not really sure what Cas is up to. So, what happened to Anna? Not that I really care. btw, I love how Jensen made his voice more raspy when he was talking about screaming for Cas for 2 hours. Jensen is just so incredible with his actitng abilities!

My emotions were all over the place tonight. A very good episode, but of course heartbreaking. Next week is gonna be the shiz!

And I don't think Dean is exactly an "angel". I just think he's agreed to go with his destiny. The destiny that God bestowed upon him and by him accepting it, that means he'll have the angels' help. Just my opinion.
