Someone found Lucifer's sword and is using it to kill angels. Castiel (Misha Collins) and Uriel (guest star Robert Wisdom) have captured Alastair (guest star Christopher Heyerdahl) and ask Dean (Jensen Ackles) to use the torturing skills he learned in Hell to extract information from him so they can stop the murders.

Sam (Jared Padalecki) is concerned Dean can't handle the job but Dean agrees to do it.

However, when Alastair reveals some shocking information, Dean's world is shattered.

Mike Rohl directed the episode written by Ben Edlund.

and im going to hate castiel more (and maybe even uriel ) after this episode too. seriously.

o and can't forget the fact i will want to bash sam's head against the wall, repeatedly, and then one more time for fun... after this episode

Dude...seriously. This episode was just...

Torturer!Dean...wow! I hate that he had to do it...but he looked so hot doing it. Ok..you know I'm shallow.

But seriously, the last scene. I'm dead...he killed me. Jensen..was..just..I have no words. The fact that what Alistair told him was true..and jsut...poor guy!

Again..Jensen did unbelievable.
