Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Sam (Jared Padalecki) investigate several murders at Oktoberfest. The first victim was found with bite marks on her neck, much like a vampire would leave, while the second victim has wounds that look like a werewolf attack.

After a mummy rises from his crypt, Dean determines that a shape-shifter demon is terrorizing the town as iconic monsters from the old Hollywood movies.

Robert Singer directed the episode written by Ben Edlund.

OMG that is just so awesome! Kripke and the boys are wonderful!! (well Kripkie is 90% of the time. ) That story is just so sweet!

Oh sweet mother of Baby Jesus! This episode was AMAZING!!!!!!

When I wasn't in fits of laughter I was screaming OMG, OMG, OMG! This is one of my all time favorite episodes ever!!!!! And that list is growing fast thanks to this season!

I loved this episode, it was just light and fun, nothing hanging over anybody's heads, just a good ole time. and Dean was just so precious! I loved how he got distracted by the pretzel, like ooh shiney! And Sam with his looks he was sending Dean, and then the awkward look when he tried to rip Ed's ear off. And the bar wench seen, Ok I know I'm a bad female for saying it, but I loved it, it was so cute! And then Dean with his foamy upper lip. and the suits! LOVED THE GUEST STARS! Every one of them, Ed was priceless! He should join the Ghostfacers, and Dracula. Don't kill him! ok sure he's a murderer, but couldn't we keep him around for just a weebit longer, he orders pizza with a cupon an his get away car is a scooter! I wish he was the trickster so we'd see him agian. And of course Jamie! Finally Dean gets an awesome girl, usually they go to Sam. I LOVED HER!! She was so understanding, and so proud of Dean and his fighting skills, and so flirty and fun, she played right in with Dean. and she popped his cherry. ...but seriously she was love!

One problem though...how did Sam know about the Monster movies and Dean didn't? Dean is like the king of useless movie trivia! And he didn't know about Mina and Jonathan? That just threw me off a bit.

and of course Jensen....GOOD GOSH THE TALENT THAT MAN HAS! and of course I have to go to the shallow side....GORGEOUS!!

I have to leave the apartment but wanted to say I loved love this episode!

And I"ll say more later but Dean's voice seems deeper this season and I love it!
