Halloween! Time to pull Devour off the shelf and give it another try!...because I think there is a devil in it...I don't know still can't make head or tails out of the storyline but I watch for purely shallow reasons.
  Plus while the plot is pointless it does offer some really good scenes, for example the arguement scene between Jensen and his dad (Literally) PERFECTION! I wish these two would get a chance to act together more often. It's a shame when he was on SPN it wasn't a really meaty scene. __________________

Aside from the strange dreams and possible serial killer issues, I like how, um what's the word I'm looking for...like soft/gentle/calmness Jake has about him, like he's a regular guy, and when you're use to watching Jensen as Alec/Dean etc, it's nice he's just a regular jo-shmo.
Plus I really love the scenes between Jake and his mother. He's such a sweet son. __________________

He seemed like a good guy, someone who would be great boyfriend material and someone who would take care of you - well as you said, aside from the serial killer issues. __________________

Definitely some mental issues there.
Like his 'visions' was the devil doing it or was he completely insane? Who knows. Heck maybe he killed his best friend, it's like a Tom thing, but just written poorly.  __________________
