I'll be hanging out in Hollywood pretty much all day and all night on Halloween attending the carnival followed by parties on the Sunset strip, Hollywood gets really nuts on Halloween, the costumes are amazing and so elaborate, the crowd is so fun, they have to close some streets cause its so many people, the paramedics are on standby and cop level is high cause of the booze and other stuff
 its wild I may post some pics but I have no idea why people bring children  its an adult function. __________________
