THE RETURN OF CAIN — Dean (Jensen Ackles), Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Castiel (Misha Collins) deal with Cain’s (guest star Timothy Omundson) return. Crowley (Mark Sheppard) and Rowena (guest star Ruth Connell) continue to grow closer but when Crowley bails on plans with his mother to help the Winchesters, Rowena lets him have it.

I liked the episode! The pacing was sort of slow but it bulit up to an awesome Dean and Cain fight scene!

The bro huh scene Dean falling into Sam's arms! Yes Sam prentending to be fine with the Dean sitiation but not being fine and knowing Dean is in trouble!

I liked the few Sam and Cas scenes and how they talk each other! I love how Sam always ask Cas if he is ok too so cute!

It was cool to see the 4 of them working together and ugh Rowena is so annoying!

The wait til March 18th is gonna suck! Plus now it will be on Wednesday Nights ugh now I keep remembering that too!

I liked the ep, Cain looked homeless or something Dean handled himself well and I agree with Rowena, Crowley has been acting like a bitch lately thinking the Winchesters are is buddies, I'm sick of them working with him, its time to work against him since he is the thing they are fighting against. The 4 of them working all together is bonkers, I love how attentive Sam is to Dean, would still like to see more Dean and Cas as they once were.

As for the show...I liked it. Loved the Dean/Sam moments. Liked the wee bit of Dean/Cas we got (can we start getting our Dean/Cas moments back please writers? BEN COME BACK!). I thought the talk between Cain/Dean was interesting. Loved that Dean kicked ass. Loved that Sam knows Dean so well that he knows he needs to be worried.

So very very very tired of Rowena, go away!

Dean suspects Sam is hiding something but decides to focus on a new murder case where they run into Cole. The three team up and learn a Khan worm is infecting men and turning them into murderers. Unfortunately, the worm makes it's way into Cole.
