CROWLEY SINKS DEEPER INTO HIS ADDICTION; NICOLE “SNOOKI” POLIZZI APPEARS IN A CAMEO ROLE — Dean (Jensen Ackles) is frustrated when he can’t reach Crowley (Mark Sheppard), who has promised to find The First Blade. When Crowley finally calls Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean, he tells them he fell off the wagon and has been injecting human blood and needs their help. To make matters worse, he had a demon (guest star Rebecca Marshall) helping him find blood, but she sold him out and told Abaddon that he and the Winchesters were searching for The First Blade. The brothers need to find the blade before Abaddon does, so they enlist the help of a former member of the Men of Letters (guest star Kavan Smith). Meanwhile, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi appears in a cameo role.

had some quirky moments but I liked it more then I thought I would, we finally got more in the mark of Cain, its so intense Dean can't handle it yet and then Crowley stole it glad Abaddon in on his tale, thankfully not too much Snooki, wished the MOL dude was cool cause they could use more wisdom on their side right now. OMG they keyed baby........

Am I the only one that has noticed Dean seems more patient in this episode than Sam? Sam seems so agitated with a lot of stuff and Dean just has restrained anger.

Who says the boys aren't brothers? They still do & sacrifice for each other. Their actions definitely speak louder than their words.
Crowley doesn't look afraid when Dean has the blade. Interesting...
Sam got through to Dean the fear & concern clear on Sam's face and there's definitely fear in Dean's, probably because of how good it felt

"Demon mitts all over my baby." Messing with the Impala cuts right to Dean's heart. Poor Baby
Sam was in a hurry to kill Crowley, wasn't he???
The ending scene, boys by Impala was really good.

Okay, done with my ramblings...overall I loved this episode. We got a lot of Jared/Mark scenes and the tension wasn't as bad between Sam & Dean. Worked like a team

More mark of cain and some dark Dean.

Seemed less angsty...but at this point, anything short of them killing each other seems less angsty these days.

Dean struggles with the after effects of the Mark of Cain. Meanwhile, Sam hears about a case where straight-laced people are turning into violent murderers. Sam suspects possession and suggests to Dean that they investigate, but Dean tells him to go without him. While interviewing the local townsfolk, Sam meets an elderly woman named Julia, who tells him the Men of Letters came to town in 1958. Josie tells Sam the story of a young man named Henry Winchester and his female companion, Josie Sands. While Sam is away, Crowley tests Dean.
