^ i'm glad dean stood up for himself and wanted to happen, but now i just want to fast forward to where their brothers again, because obvs. they're going to be brothers again. this show would suck if they didn't and after everything i've read.... they're going back to brothers again darnit or i am going to cut someone

I'm fine with them ending up like they started, but if Sam needs to suffer for a season or two before he earns Dean's trust back...I'm ok with that.

Nope, that last scene was a long time coming... I'm glad that got it done right off the bat rather then dragging through this season continuing to go unsaid...

I'm so glad Dean is standing up for himself, if this was any other season, he would have been trying to shelter Sammy, and go easy on him, but Dean is at the end of his rope and he just put it out there!

I'm so proud of him.

i don't think a couple of seasons.... or even through the end of this season... the boys are stronger together and if they're going to stop lucifer this season than they need to do it together. i get it's not going to be instant 'omg we can stop being broken up now and hug it out' but i think a season or two would be dragging it out a little too much...

But I see it going on a good part of this season definately.

^ a good part yes. the first few eps are going to unbearable.. but after awhile there needs to be progress

i'm just like dean in the fact that i hold EVERY SINGLE THING IN. and never let anything out. it's why i got what i got now... because i just had way tooo much stress and things weighing me down. so coming from that. I AM SO PROUD OF HIM <3 and i think it'll help in the end!

i think if he left it bottled up till say the mid hiatus than it could have gone A WHOLE LOT WORSE. so i'm very proud that he let it out now and i think that was the start of the healing process for the boys

I'm betting Dean forgives him years before I do.

Yup Dean was amazing, it's about time he just says screw it, and gets things off of his chest. He did try to hold it in for awhile but finally he just had to say it.

...and the way Sam looked when Dean said he doesn't trust him!! OMG YES!

Oh yeah, Sam is beyond wrong and doesn't deserve forgiveness anytime soon, but it'll get old if they keep it dragged out to long. Besides Dean has to focus on stopping the end of the world

I don't think Dean's going to be throwing it in Sam's face that he started the end of the world, but It's going to either take huge amounts of time, or something huge for him to believe in Sam agian.

...and it's ok for Dean to take that time, it's not like he cut Sam out of his life or quit loving him.

^ See that right there is what I hope they don't do, have Sam threaten to take off or something of the like because then Dean would just regress right back to pretending it's all good so he doesn't lose Sam because your right, it's basically how it's been all along now, he loves, no question, but doesn't trust him... the only difference is now he admitted it.

I'm pissed off at Sam now, but if he walks out of Dean's life...I'm hunting that boy down myself. That is the last thing Dean needs right now, and it's the worst kind of damage he can do while trying to earn Dean's trust back. Dean has HUGE abandonment issues, now more than ever Sam needs to be there, no matter what Dean might think of him.

I love that Dean isnt all 'This is you're fault' to Sammy but he shouldn't forgive him so soon either

I agree, Dean can't let this one go. Sam betrayed him in the worst way possible, I wouldn't hold it against Dean if he never forgave Sam.
