I really liked how she gave Dean the benifit of the doubt, while Christian and Samuel where busy talking down to him and treating him like an idiot, She was giving dean a chance. I think they could have become really good friends...if he didnt' shoto her.

Yep, I really started liking her and what's most important - she wasn't like the rest of the Campbells, she had her priorities right.

It's a shame she had to die.

I actually thought that if she and Mark both survived, they would have been good helpers for the boys! Christian and Samuel were jerks, but Gwen was cool and if Mark hadn't died so early, he would have been awesome too!

I never gave it much thought, but I guess compared to the other Cambell's she wasn't so bad.

She was the only other Campbell (except Mark who died too soon to even form a character) who had enough substantial character established to actually be liked...well maybe the more appropriate word is decent, Sampa was a blood traitor and Christian was a downright jerk (whether it was demon possession all the way was hard to tell?)

I wouldn't have minded if Gwen had lived and maybe helped out the boys once in a while...I mean, to be honest here, who else can Sam and Dean count on these days except Bobby and Cas (and now Cas has gone co-co for coa-coa puffs)

I would have liked that too.

And since she is related to the boys, maybe she could have been one of the few females not hated by fans.

No love interest threat there.

I think that actually could've worked out! I rarely heard of fans' hatred towards her.

We're protective of our boys.

But yeah if they would have fleshed her out more, she could have been an amazing character, something like Mary. (although I do have Mary issues as well)

First of all I'm a hopeless romantic so that,s one reason, the other reason is that love interest you can always ditch, family are forever.... and finaly, in shows like Spn any woman realted to the hero is supposed to come off as kick ass and IMO very few writers/actors can handle that and the whole thing gets rather pathetic. But it's just me and I'm used to being wrong.

I think the love interests are always 'weak' and a waste of good quality air time. Romance and girl power are great for other shows, this one is about brothers and friendship.

I think even as much as I like Gwen, I wouldn't have liked to see her often, more of a every few episodes guest start.

I think no girls period would be good.

But I guess it would be interesting to see how Gwen would develop if she had stayed.
