Cas isn't always the easiest person to get along with, Zeke maybe, mistakenly, pissed Cas off and well, Cas doesn't let things go easily either.

I am too. I want to believe he has good intentions because Dean obviously believes he does. But Zeke's past and his thing with Cas or vice verse, it worries me for Sam when it comes to the end.

I don't really mind if he's good or bad...I just want him out of Sam and Sam safe! I'm so scared of him taking over Sam completely and shoving Sam aside so Sam doesn't have the power to throw him out.

Maybe not yet, but I don't see why he couldn't. Look at Jimmy and Cas.
 And if he's up to something bad, his best bet would be to be to take over Sam's body. If Sam's body is good enough to house an angel like Lucifer...he'd be great for a 'regular' angel.__________________

Jimmy and Cas is a good analogy. Jimmy doesn't exist anymore, Cas completely took over that body.
