Well, Elle's a character from Heroes with the ability to generate electricity.
I could actually never really explain her character to do her honour so.... Elle Bishop - Heroes Wiki

Really I suck at explaining stuff.

Anyway, I think they'd be really great together, because like Dean, she didn't have a normal childhood. Her father let scientists experiment on her as a child and didn't show her much fatherly love. This resulted in her seeking his constant approval fervertly later in life. She acts though and is quite sadistic but, actually, she just wants to be loved. She was also trained from a young age to join her father's 'Compagny', which holds, controls and experiments on 'special' people.
Because of the way she grew up, she's morally grey, but quite likes the idea of being a hero and saving people.

Cop shows and stuff like Grey's anatomy. I'm very afraid of the dark and alomst every eppi of spn gives me night mares, but yeah, I'm happy I started watching.
