I'll never forget when Crowley said to Dean, "your problem is no body hates you more then you hate you," or something like that, Crowley even knows Dean struggles within himself, its really sad that Dean does not think much of himself

It's sad when somebody like Crowley can see this, and try to help in his own way, while on the the other hand you have Sam who just keeps punching Dean while he's down. How messed up the SPN universe has become.
