fla & linds, nakakahilo nga ang layout ng MOA pero mas ok sya kesa sa megamall for me. i rarely go there pero the few times i've been there medyo okay naman ang experience. i usually hang out lang naman at power plant, glorietta or greenbelt.

Jake Gyllenhaal to Play Footballer Joe Namath


Jake Gyllenhaal shared the workout regime he kept for his upcoming actioner, Persia of Persia: Sands of Time.

“It was intense,” the 29-year-old actor told Extra. “What I did was ride a camel in L.A. and rode it around for15 hours a day, and I’d eat twigs and berries and any kind of fibrous material, and drink water from the sewers. With that, [I got into shape] very quickly (laughs).”

Jake is also trying to play football star Joe Namath in an upcoming movie.

“I would love to play Joe Namath,” Jake admitted. “I’ve been working on it for a long time, trying to develop that story. We got to get it right, got to get the extraordinary story perfect if we’re going to do it. But it would be a dream to play him.”

As for being single, Jake says, “Would it be strange if I said no, I’m not looking? Yes, I’m looking. I have two eyes.”

Prince of Persia opens everywhere on May 28.

After bulking up for his role for the Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, Jake Gyllenhaal‘s body has been sparking equal parts envy and desire — but just like the fabled Samson, the new action star’s strength, it seems, is all in his tousled hair. “The Jake Gyllenhaal workout plan…starts with growing long, long hair,” the actor jokes with Entertainment Tonight Canada. “Very long…gorgeous greasy locks and then washing every day….Wash, shampoo, then condition. Washing works the biceps and then the triceps by conditioning. And vigorously rubbing all of your body with soap really defines the abs and the pectoral muscles. And if you do squats while you’re bathing — that’s it!” Jokes aside, the star also revealed a serious side when it came to getting in prime shape for the role. “It was really important for me to be able to do all the stunts and the things asked of me,” he says of his desire to make a believably stalwart hero. But now that the film is wrapped, the actor isn’t quite as hardcore about his workout routine. “I don’t have any muscles anymore now.
