Hmm..I'm going to have to watch it again before I can comment on the chemisty
 I will say that this movie is hilarious to watch. Jared Leto's hair cracks me up..heck so does Jake's. But I did like to watch them and Selma Blair acting together. __________________

Here's the summary at IMDB:
Jack is caught with the wife of his employer, a Vegas thug. The thug sends goons after Jack, who convinces his best friend, Pilot, to flee with him. Pilot insists that they head for Seattle, but doesn't tell Jack why. The goons learn from Pilot's drug source where the youths are headed, and they follow, hell bent on breaking Jack's feet. On the road, Jack and Pilot give a ride to Cassie, a distressed young woman. She and Jack hit it off. They pick up an aging stoner headed to Seattle for Kurt Cobain's memorial, and they help a circus sideshow family. Why is Pilot so set on Seattle, will the goons catch Jack, and is there any way the friends' competing needs can be resolved? In the end, they do make it back without being killed, although the goons do catch up with them. But, I think the situation brings Pilot and Jack closer together. The whole experience seems to make them appreciate their lives more and sorta straightens them out. By the way, the girl that plays Pilot's girlfriend in "Highway" is the same girl that plays the main Lorraine in "Bubble Boy." Her name is Arden Myrin, and I think she's cute & funny. __________________

Aw, I'd feel the same. I don't wanna see Jake being beaten up, killed, shot, hurt even if it's just a movie.

I haven't seen this movie, but I really want to. From the pics I've seen, Jake looks really cute!
 I have the movie on my Blockbuster Online list, but they won't send it until I return October Sky, which I am currently refusing to send back.  __________________
