so bored!!!

my boyfriend and i, and a friend of ours went to nashville today to get the tattoo on his leg touched up. ugh traffic on the way back home sucked.

now i'm really really bored.

teena, less bored now. it's a new day. but my boredom last night didn't go away much. lol there was nothing on tv, no movie that we felt like watching....and i find it hard to read a book at home. i have to go to a super quiet place like a library. but i am in the middle of a really good book called The Mirror

i've got to go to work today. oh well

I'm watching Cloverfield right now....and I'm not entirely sure what to think of it

our tv is busted! there was a storm last night and it probably knocked out the power supply on the tv. it's sunday so no tv repair company is available to fix it. gotta wait til tomorrow to have it checked. i really hope the damage isn't too bad and too expensive.

last night, my friends and i had a night out to welcome back one of our friends who moved to dubai to work at emirates airlines. we had dinner, drinks and went clubbing. it was great seeing my closest friends again cos the last time we were all together was last october on my birthday.

OH! Cloverfield! i love that movie. it took a bit for me to get used to the filming style but i got so into the storyline that i forgot about it. the special effects are really amazing. my boyfriend is a bit of a movie buff (he's getting a degree in tv broadcasting) so he was able to show me and bunch of technicalities of the movie.

we're nerds when it comes to movies.

what do you ultimately think, Jenn?

i haven't watched cloverfield but i am curious to see it. is it out on dvd yet?

it is on dvd. i watched in theaters and i bought the dvd

i couldn't wait to buy it to learn more about the monster in the special features since the movie doesn't tell you much. the idea/design behind the monster is so awesome
