Oooh, I've never heard of a hotel where you can only check in during those two hours! That must be a busy two hours for the receptionist! Our guests aren't allowed to check in until 3pm, because people don't have to leave from the night before until noon, which means there needs to be time for the cleaners to get the rooms ready. If people arrive early and their room is ready, though, we can check them in before 3.
