i think the critics choice were announced a few days before the golden globe nominations were made public. well, i'm just a daily hollywood news addict. i check people.com, pinkisthenewblog.com, usweekly.com & justjared every day so i'm pretty up to date with entertainment news.

I haven't seen his fellow nominees in their respective roles, but it would be odd for him not to get it. He embodied The Joker. Nobody comes close to him in that category this year, imo.
