Jake Gyllenhaal - Closing Game Threads

Hi everyone!

The Mod Management team has decided that all Off Topic game threads should be closed. This includes TPBM, TPAM, 3 Word Post threads

So, please don't open any new ones. If you have any questions, let us know!

I'm worried about Jersh' board. I always help to raise the count and all..but with those threads close, I'm concerned about the future post count of the Tom Welling Board. I don't watch Smallville so, I can't even post at the other threads as I know nothing of it

as for the Jake board...I have watched some of his films, so...I'll be able to post

Management is still talking things over.

But if we can keep TPBM and the 3 word post threads focused on Jake, we could open them back up

But the posts have to be about Jake

Why does EVERY thread and EVERY topic gotta be about the person/band the board is about

the rules here sucks! anymore stupid new rules and its bye bye to

James - I know it sucks. But Management wants an equal amount of discussion and games on a board. Boards really shouldn't be run by game threads. To me, there should be more discussion than games. There's an OT thread and an OT board for OT stuff. Personally, I don't want the Jake board over run with game threads. I'd rather have people talking about Jake and his movies and whatnot than focusing on the games.

The decision isn't final. Management is still discussing things so things may change.

i get what you mean, jenn. it is understandable that management made that decision. there are a lot of boards that have a lot of game threads. in a way, it does take the focus off the real discussions that should be about the celebrity/show/topic.

Ok! Management has said that there is no limit on the amount of game threads we have. As long as they are on topic, we're good

I've already opened TPBM and as soon as I find the 3 word thread, I'll open that back up

Luckily we didn't really close many threads so we're good

TPAM thread can be reopened if we keep it on topic..but I'm not sure how to do that.
