yea, I will try harder to do those things.

that's smart, I got a weighted blanket to help with my anxiety but I felt it was making me sleep to much and not getting up in time when I slept with it.

I should try to just relax more.

that sucks, have you been getting a lot of rain? I find it a bit easier to sleep with rain sometimes.

we've been getting a lot of rain too, I don't mind it though!
