| Elite Fan   | Okay. I saw it last night and OMG I can't tell you how much I LOOOOVE Rupert right now. He did such an amazing job. My only regret is that I had to drag a reluctant and as it turns out not-fun boyfriend along with me to see the film. Big mistake. I should have asked one of my girl friends instead. That way I could have felt more comfortable acting like a fangirl with no worries about what anyone thought. Anyway, Rupert and Julie's chemistry was fantastic! Not once did I compare them to Ron and Mrs Weasley. Rupert really did an excellent job with his portrayal of Ben. So adorable, I wanted to leap on the screen and hug him constantly. The kiss scene was surprisingly hot I have to say. And it really makes me yern for the R/Hr kiss in the future. Oh me and my one track shipper mind. I swear I can't control it sometimes.  Oh! The play! Oh my goodness. Rupert dressed in the tree costume. I can't tell you how adorable he looked! Erm well I guess you probably can tell by the screencaps.Julie was brilliant and heart wrenching. If she doesn't get an oscar nomination I'll be shocked. Laura Linney, was probably the only disappointment I had with the film. Which surprised me because usually I'm a BIG fan of hers. Her accent wasn't quite there, I don't know. Maybe it was the fact that her character's not suppose to be likeable. | Ah, Amy!!  How wonderful you finally got to see it!  I'm real sorry the boyfriend put a damper on things... but I'm so glad you enjoyed the movie anyway. And that Rupert's performance really stood out for you this way.  Makes me so excited for it to come out on DVD in N.A. man!  There's no official DVD release date yet for North America, unfortunately... but as soon as we get the date... I'm ordering it instantly!!!Thank you for sharing your impressions with us, sweetie! | Elite Fan | Not a problem. It was a blast. There's no doubt in my mind that Rupert IS a versatile actor. He really is spectacular. I'm so glad he's found his calling in life at such a young age. No wonder Julie had only praise for him. All I can say is my Rupert love grew tenfold after last night.
