Welcome to Rupert's 21st Birthday Project Thread

Right, lets get this started!

We can discuss ideas for what we're going to do, list who wants to get involved. It should be fun!

I'll pimp this thread as we go along so lets getting planning.

So my idea was basically just making him a book from all the Rupervs and putting notes on there telling him how awesome he is and to have a good birthday. I don't mind putting it together either, I just need help in the creative aspect of it

It shows up for me. It's only a ticker counting down to his birthday. Nothing very exciting.

I really like that idea.

What we could do is put everyone's names in the OP who want to contribute to it so we don't get confused and what not.

. I had the idea of the cover page being the "Keep Calm and Carry On" poster because, well, I just like it. But instead of it being black it could be the red one

. Shall we make it just us or should be advertise it on LJ or ICM or whatever? If we say it's from The Rupervs I'm thinking it's us but I don't know.

Plus I wanna go a little easy on the ink for myself, but I'm not against having outside messages come in considering it's just like five or six regulars we really have around here

I can't believe he's going to be 21 in August. We're the same age, well I'm older than him by months but still. I feel like I should be 5 years older than him.

I guess it's because he's supposed to be like 16 in the movie right now

. Well I think he's the perfect age for me, not too old

Probably.

Feel like I should be a lot older than all of them, where in real life I'm just a year or two older. In Rupert's case months older.

I'm sorry, I advertised the thread on the HP board.

I'm very happy to do printing out if it all gets too much.

Oh no, that's fine, that's what I meant. To keep it on FF, if that's okay? Thanks sweetie, but I think it would just be safer if just one person did the printing, considering we live on different continents it can get hard

So, we've decided? Notes and pictures and keep calm and carry on? Anything else?

That sounds good to me as well. Plus it gets me some time to think of what I want to add to the project.
