I was confused until I realized they were in Muggle world after leaving the wedding.

well Ron probably doesn't understand animal costumes too well if it's not wizard related. That would explain why the other two don't stop anyway

Yeah, I think maybe it's an advertising of some sort. That's rather interesting, I think most poeply expect wizards to be fairly used to muggles. Ron's little experience will show just how different they find the muggle parts of the world.

It is interesting, a big part of the Wizardring world is very much close to Muggles. Even people like the Malfoys would have some kind of on and off contact with them. And since Arthur's job was very Muggle related I always expected the Weasleys to know more but maybe it was best they didn't it was funny

Yep..I think the bear costume is some kind of advertising for something opening.
