I once read a quote that went something like "if you willingly sacrifice yourself for someone else, give everything for them and ask for nothing in return, then whether you acknowledge it or not, that IS love". I believe it was Marti Noxon speaking about the Spuffy relationship in BtVS. And i think it fits Harmony perfectly too. So she does love him, no matter what others say.
