I had an almost 4 hour call this afternoon, got the call like 10 mins before I was going to take lunch. So didn't get my 30 min break until like 4:05pm, so took my 30 mins lunch and then logged back in for my 15 min break even if I was pasted my end of shift already

Luckily the customer wasn't bad, she just told me of her history with HP computers with how she had has problems but she didn't see too mad. Just the normal frustured, so it was fine. Was funny cause she world constantly start going off in French to her mother

explaining what was happening. It was just the length and just got tired after while
