i know this may be a little trite but i had a ticket to see my fav band of all time in nantes france this was beacause i could not get tickets in england so i thought france thats ok i booked tickets booked a flight booked accommodation and guess what concert wqs cancelled beacause of comic relief in england what a massive disapointment the venue in france was in a city called nantes a small ish venue 3,000 but still fans non the less but two weeks before cancelled obviously comic relief brought more kudos i had this weekend planned since xmas as must have done others it was such a disapointment
i d not think they have a clue as to the upset and disapointment their decision caused but hey at least it saved a few starving children if you really believe all that hype
dont wish to sound bitter but a lot of planning and effort went into the weekend and i feel totaly ****ed over

Sometimes bands don't have a say in the matter, I know Ronnie has spoken on the issue before as he got frustrated that so many fans were disappointed when they had to pull out of the Dublin gig. They are going back though, I know that doesn't help you very much, but I hope it restores a bit of your faith in them.

I really am sorry that this happened but please try not to blame the band. Perhaps an explanation will come to light in the future but right now nothing has been said on the matter.

AH! I just had an 'aha' moment reading this.. just came back from a show, wondering....what song was that.. which song was that? And I got 'Why Do I Keep Counting' mixed up with 'My List'..
