Stacy was ready to leave Mark for House.

Also with a return of Stacy, I'd hope that the writers could give us flashbacks. A fun flashbacks episode!!!! Afterall, they are quite good with those types of things..re: Three Stories and Mistake.

People hated her for that? I thought that speech was really bittersweet. I'm not a shipper but there was something really touching about their relationship and I thought it was sad how she loved him but said how their relationship just hadn't been working for her.

I agree. I liked the time they shared on the show but I'm not sure it would work out if she came back. I am more a fan of the relationship they had in the past.
