Just from the clips we saw, Dan's comedic chops were very obvious. He did well in H2S so I couldn't believe he wouldn't shine in this. And there was no trace of Potter at all from what we were shown.

I've watched the first episode, and I must say, I was dazzled by how good Dan is. I mean, I know he's very talented, he's proved that many times by now, but while I was watching there were a few moments where I couldn't help thinking: Damn, he really is good.
I love that after all this time he can still impress me with his talent. |

He really is. He's got remarkable comedic timing and the slapstick is so natural. How he learned how to do that I'll never know.

I watched the first episode and really liked it. I was worried that 30 minutes wouldn't be enough time to fit the story, but it worked.

All those parts made me laugh too. Dan was brilliant during those parts because he really conveyed the reaction of "OMG enough about this guy!" well. __________________
