That is Rose but NOT Dan's girlfriend Rosie. Her name is Rose Hemingway. Otherwise known as his How to Succeed love interest, Rosemary. I can see how it could be confusing.

They're both very pretty dark hair girls. I've often thought if Dan was visualizing Rosie while singing 'Rosemary' in the show. He must have, right?
