Dan and Bonnie first met while working on Harry Potter and the Philosopher's/Sorcerer's Stone together. Over the years they have become good friends with one another and with the rest of the Harry Potter cast. This thread is for discussing Dan & Bonnie's relationship, platonically, or otherwise.

It's strange in a way that people fixate so much on this one kiss, when you're about to have massive make-out sessions with Ginny Weasley in "Half-Blood Prince."
Dan: I know! I knew Bonnie since she was 10, so that's going to be very odd! She's 16 now. It's going to be fine. It's going to be funny, I hope. It's a very unusual set of circumstances, because when you sign on to do the films you don't know what exactly you're agreeing to. But I don't look at the books as to-do lists, nothing that boring. But I did get nervous when I read that kissing scene. I'm less inhibited now, so I can look at it with more excitement than trepidation.

So how is your relationship with Daniel like in real life? Are you friends?
Bonnie: Yeah, definitely! Friends with him and all the cast members and it’s nice because we keep contact when we are not filming because there is quite a big gap between the films and it would be a shame if we don’t speak to each other until the next film.

Did you go to see Daniel Radcliffe, who plays Harry star in Equus in the West End?
Bonnie: I saw it and I enjoyed it! For him it was definitely a good, good thing to do, because you're so easily typecast as a child actor and I think it's a good move. The play was just amazing - I was so wrapped up in it all.

What's your opinion on Daniel Radcliffe as an actor?
Bonnie: I think he's really, and everyone as well, has really improved. They've all become really good. So, it's nice to work with everyone, with the adults as well. It's interesting because there are only British actors involved in it. I think he has definitely developed.

Besides it looks like they've really seemed to be acting like a dynamic duo in this upcoming film. Collaborating on how to do their scenes by improvising. I think it's brilliant.

OH! I loved that story! That was so sweet of her parents to do that. They all must have a great relationship between their families. You don't just design or commission an artist to design a horse bracelet just on a whim. That takes alot of time and effort.

Well, I don't ship any of the actors, but I think this thread will be more about their awesome friendship, and I'm definitely all about that. Especially after learning they worked together to come up with the shoelace scene. How cute was that?!
